Last month, Lotte Cornelisse was a guest at the Telenet Digital Community podcast with Caroline Verkest, An Dewilde and Dennis Peeters. They discussed the process of experimenting within the organization. Over the past year, Telenet has set up numerous tests and derived tremendous value from them. Nowadays, experimenting and testing are more important than ever. Not only because perceptions do not always align with reality, but also because they stimulate discussions within the organization. Therefore, You know whether the impact is significant and whether it is worth your money.

Telenet and Online Dialogue
Telenet and Online Dialogue are working together to improve the culture of experimentation within the organization. As part of the collaboration, a number of people in the team have undergone training. During this training we transferred the basic principles and implemented the working method in the team. We offer this training monthly at our office in Utrecht, but at Telenet we have offered the training in-house.
At Online Dialogue we believe that the quality of the process predicts the outcome. The combination of data and psychology not only tells you which steps users take, but also why they behave like they do. In the Conversion Specialist training you will learn how to get the visitor to the next step and how to use this operationally in your own organization.
P.S….Are you curious about how to increase motivation and enthusiasm for experimenting within your team? We have the answer! As we mentioned earlier in a blog, data storytelling is the way to achieve this. Want to know more or become better at it? Follow our data storytelling training!
6V model
You can do this, for example, by using the 6V model. This is also discussed during the conversion specialist training and is used by many of our customers to structure the organization. In the 6V model you look at competitors, customer service, values and goals of the company. Based on this, you determine priorities and focus your work.
